You can return the product within 7 days of receipt in case of a manufacturing defect or an order error, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition • The original invoice must be kept • Custom orders are not eligible for return • The returned product is inspected before approving a refund or exchange
If the return is approved, the full amount is refunded or the product is exchanged within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
